Project Synopsis:

The first phase of this project involved the re-planning and restoration of an Existing residential building to a 25-bed hospital, including interior design and Procurement management.

Phase 2 included the expansion to an 85-bed hospital by capping the existing none-tolerant structure with a steel structure to house the expansion and integrating the existing building with a new facility.

Phase 3 was to manage the activities related to the establishment of a telemedicine link with Mayo Clinic through a satellite station in Amman.

UHS scope involved all technical, planning and equipping requirements  Including assistance in management activities.
